About the role

Key Responsibilities

- Managing discharge plans to support safe patient transitions from hospital to home.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid RN license from the Kansas Board of Nursing.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire; Neonatal Resuscitation certification from AAP within 6 months.
- Educational requirement: Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.
