- Provide critical neonatal care during air and ground transports
- Stabilize and monitor premature and critically ill infants
- Manage life-support equipment
- Collaborate with transport and NICU teams
- Follow evidence-based protocols to ensure safety in dynamic settings
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license
- Experience or knowledge in neonatal intensive care and transport
- Ability to work effectively in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
- Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
