Registered Nurse NICU Air Transport

We are seeking a NICU Transport Nurse to provide critical neonatal care during ground and air transports, collaborating with the Medical Control Provider and the Maternal Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include identifying, planning, and executing stabilization and emergency care for NICU patientsserving as an ambassador for the organization to referring facilities and providersdelivering care in accordance with hospital policies, state Nurse Practice Acts, and AAP guidelinesperforming transport duties primarily by ground and helicopter, with occasional fixed-wing flightsmaintaining daily transport responsibilities with a collaborative, unit-based approach Qualifications and skills include nursing degree and current RN licensure in applicable statesminimum of 3 years NICU experience in a tertiary obstetrical care centerBCLS and NRP certification, maintained during employment Ideal candidates are committed to high-quality, safe neonatal transport and possess strong clinical skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities.
