About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans using technology, evidence-based practices, and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and document patient therapy and treatment in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Support a hybrid Med Surg/ICU role, maintaining Med Surg as home unit while gaining ICU experience through scheduled shifts.
- Participate in patient assessments, promote mission and values, and perform duties as assigned.
- Possibility of floating to other departments within scope and being on-call during shifts.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the practice state.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN completion within four years if applicable.
- Ability to work nights/weekends, attend on-site, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Physical ability to lift, transport, and assist patients.
Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and relevant certifications.
- Previous nursing experience preferred; new graduates may be eligible.
- Strong communication and manual dexterity.
