Registered Nurse- New Graduate (AVH- Med/Surg) - Sign-On Bonus Available
Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) manages individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervises assigned team members.
About the role
The RN reports to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer.
Essential Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current NH license
- BLS & ACLS certifications are required, PALS preferred
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Current clinical experience preferred
Pay
Commencement bonus of $10,000.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Schedule
All new hires are required to attend a mandatory three-day orientation at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH. This orientation provides essential training, compliance information, and an introduction to our organizational culture to ensure a smooth and successful transition into your role. Attendance on all three days is required for onboarding completion. Additionally, if Weeks Medical Center is not your designated home base, you will be eligible for travel reimbursement in accordance with our standard travel policy.
