About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical-Surgical unit, providing safe, patient-centered care through the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). The role involves night shifts (7 pm–7 am) and is full-time.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care
- Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Communicate with physicians
- Administer medications and treatments
- Educate patients and families
- Respond to changes in patient status
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS preferred
- Acute care experience preferred
- Ventilator management experience optional
- BSN preferred
