About the role
Provide safe, patient-centered care in a Medical-Surgical unit through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and monitor patient conditions
- Communicate changes to physicians and administer medications and treatments
- Educate patients and families and respond to clinical changes
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Manage ventilator care when required
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- Experience in acute care preferred
- BSN preferred
