Registered Nurse - Neuro Trauma ICU Nights

Role Overview Provide direct patient care in a technically complex ICU setting, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritizing patient safety, wellness, and a patient-centered approach. Serve as a preceptor to new healthcare staff and continuously update knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities Include Delivering high-level nursing care aligned with AACN’s Synergy Model and specialty standards.Supporting clinical education and competency validation through guidance and mentorship.Qualifications & Skills:Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure.Minimum of 6 months ICU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.Current BLS and ACLS certifications through recognized organizations, valid through sixty days post-hire.Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and adaptability skills.
