Registered Nurse - Neuro/Transplant ICU, Part-Time Nights

Role Overview: The registered nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating patient care, including direct care, education, and care transitions. They support professional practice across settings, ensuring comprehensive nursing care within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model, and lead activities such as precepting, leadership, and quality improvement. The RN delegates tasks based on skill, experience, and resources, demonstrating excellent communication, mentoring, and teaching abilities. Some roles may require driving a personal vehicle. This position is eligible for TN sponsorship with licensure and certification completion.
