Registered Nurse - ICU - Part-Time Nights

About the role

This ICU Registered Nurse role involves providing safe, competent nursing care in a dynamic environment while adhering to facility policies and standards. The nurse will demonstrate Patient-Centered Care principles, coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, and develop individualized goals and discharge plans.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients and families in addressing psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs
• Perform purposeful hourly rounds to enhance safety, communication, and patient satisfaction
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans and develop individualized goals and discharge plans

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Current NV nursing license
• ACLS & BLS certifications
• At least one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in acute care (preferred)
• Handle with Care certification or willingness to obtain within six months
