About the role
We are seeking a part-time ICU Registered Nurse to provide safe, competent, and patient-centered care in a supportive hospital environment. The role emphasizes adherence to ethical standards, diversity, and fostering a respectful, innovative healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on nursing expertise.
- Coordinating interdisciplinary care, setting goals, and planning discharges to meet patient and family needs.
- Conducting purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs.
- Supporting and educating patients and families about hospital policies, open visitation, and fostering a healing environment.
Qualifications
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- Minimum of one year of critical care nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification or obtained within six months of hire.
