Responsibilities
- Provide safe, competent nursing care aligning with hospital policies and standards.
- Develop and implement individualized care, treatment, and discharge plans.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care and support patient/family education on hospital policies and patient-centered care principles.
- Conduct hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and meet patient needs proactively.
- Support a compassionate environment by promoting open family visitation and a quiet, safe setting.
- Demonstrate Service Excellence and clinical leadership within the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- At least one year of critical care nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification and ACLS (or willingness to obtain within six months).
