About the role
This position involves delivering high-quality, holistic nursing care within a Neuro Stepdown unit.
Responsibilities
- Lead patient care by implementing and monitoring personalized care plans.
- Coordinate communication among healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Monitor patient conditions accurately, documenting and responding promptly to changes.
- Manage physician and nursing orders, and coordinate discharge plans for effective care transitions.
Qualifications
- Oklahoma RN licensure and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
