Registered Nurse - Neuro/Progressive Care Unit

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Neuro Progressive Care Unit (PCU) role, providing specialized care to neurological and general medicine patients in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities include: Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within standards of nursing practice.Promoting patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and post-treatment needs.Developing and documenting personalized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.Ensuring communication across the continuum of care and participating in activities that uphold safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.Maintaining alertness and safety awareness in a safety-sensitive position. Qualifications include: Graduate of Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Current RN license; no prior experience required, but <2 years of experience is preferred.Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
