The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, compassionate patient care to promote positive outcomes through efficient application of nursing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate nursing care
• Develop individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status
• Administer medications and treatments for comprehensive patient management
• Ensure accuracy and compliance through record reconciliation
• Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; clinical specialty experience desired
• Valid Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA
