Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care is a key member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a clinical environment supported by evidence-based practice and shared governance. Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based standards.Deliver patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, fostering partnerships with patients and families through effective communication.Coordinate and document safe care, promote teamwork, and participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities.Serve as a preceptor or mentor, support professional development, and uphold organizational policies, standards, and ethical practices.Engage in data collection, protocol development, and resource management to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience.Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.Current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications required upon hire.Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and utilize technology to support care.
