Registered Nurse - Neuro ICU, Full-Time Nights

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team in a clinical setting. They practice according to professional standards, evidence-based guidelines, and organizational policies, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation; deliver relationship-based, culturally competent, patient-centered care; collaborate with team members through effective communication and documentation; support performance improvement initiatives; serve as a preceptor or mentor; promote evidence-based practice and research; develop protocols to improve care outcomes; ensure resource efficiency; and adhere to safety and compliance standards. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum five years of direct patient care experience; active RN license; certifications in BLS and ACLS; strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills; ability to operate in fast-paced environments and respond to emergencies decisively; basic computer skills and proficiency in English.
