Registered Nurse - Neuro ICU - Full-Time Night

Role: Registered Nurse in Neuro ICU, providing high-quality, individualized patient care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities: Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practice. Deliver relationship-centered, culturally sensitive care, partnering with patients and families to meet their goals. Ensure safe, quality care through effective documentation, communication, and teamwork. Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote evidence-based practices. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development. Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or BSN from an accredited program; RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact); BLS and ACLS certifications. Less than one year of clinical experience preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills required. Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments and utilize technology efficiently. Key Duties: Apply clinical standards, uphold ethical and regulatory guidelines, and participate in continuous education and performance improvement activities.
