About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident to provide patient care in our Neuro department. Ideal candidates are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Ensure patient rights and maintain confidentiality.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided.
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Nursing degree (ASN, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure (or eligibility for licensure as a Graduate Nurse Resident).
- BLS certification.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged standing and walking.
- Mobility tasks, including bending, stooping, and reaching.
