About the role
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care on a Neuro/Pulmonary Stroke Unit.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.
- Coordinate care with other departments.
- Perform complex assessments for neuro and pulmonary conditions including stroke, TIA, COPD, respiratory failure, asthma, and pneumonia.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
- Deliver education to stroke patients.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification.
