Registered Nurse - Neuro, Full-Time, Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Med/Surg Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, evaluate care effectiveness, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values. Unit Focus: Care for adult patients with diverse medical conditions such as infections, obstructions, and respiratory issues, offering a dynamic clinical environment with frequent assessments and care coordination. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)Current RN licensure in Missouri or compact licensureBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationPreferred: BSN, additional certifications, prior hospital experiencePhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform clinical duties requiring reaching, bending, and kneeling Key Duties: Providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting, assessing patient needs, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes.
