Registered Nurse - Neuro (Days)

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, maintaining professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by others. Coordinates patient care with various departments, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld, all aligned with mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to neurological, neurosurgical, surgical, and urological patients on an 18-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 6:1.
• Evaluate patient conditions and collaborate with team members to ensure quality care and patient safety.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license.
• Obtain BLS and ACLS certifications within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of prior experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
