Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

This role involves providing direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and protocols. Key Responsibilities Include Implementing and monitoring patient care plans, recording and communicating patient conditions.Serving as the primary coordinator among disciplines for comprehensive patient care.Carrying out physician and nursing orders accurately.Assessing discharge planning needs and coordinating with healthcare team members.Maintaining a high level of alertness and ensuring safety at all times.Performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school or equivalent licensing education.Ability to perform physical requirements including standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and operating equipment.Effective communication skills and attention to safety.Valid professional licenses and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and valid RN licensure in respective states. Additional Details Experience is not required.Work involves night shifts in the NICU department.Possibility of working in multiple states with applicable licensure.
