Responsibilities
- Delivers skilled interventions using advanced technology
- Initiates emergency treatments
- Monitors and communicates patient status
- Coordinates multidisciplinary care
- Implements physician and nurse orders
- Assesses discharge needs
- Applies evidence-based practices and adheres to professional nursing standards guided by the ANA Code of Ethics
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least six months of RN experience
- Valid state-specific nursing licensure
- Certifications such as BLS, ALS, and other advanced life support courses relevant to the location
