Registered Nurse - Mother Baby - Nights

About the Role

Provides nursing care in a community-connected healthcare setting, primarily during night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, ensuring safety and quality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications and licenses.

Requirements

• Illinois Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license with an Associate or higher degree in Nursing.
• Within five years if holding an Associate Degree, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Certification in lactation counseling (CLC, CBC, or similar) within one year.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months.
