Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support neonatal resuscitation efforts.
• Maintain compliance with certification requirements such as CPR, NRP, and lactation certifications.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Promote a safe, seamless, and personalized care experience for patients.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license and an associate degree or higher in nursing.
• If holding an associate degree, must obtain a Bachelor’s Degree within five years.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Lactation certification (CLC, CBC, or equivalent) within one year.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
