Registered Nurse - Mother-Baby

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in the Mother-Baby unit, supporting postpartum mothers and newborns, family bonding, and maternal health equity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to mother-baby couples
• Monitor maternal and neonatal health, including postpartum complications
• Educate and support families during postpartum recovery and bonding

Requirements

• Associate’s in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Valid Maryland Registered Nurse License
• American Heart Association BLS Certification
• NRP required before orientation completion
• Minimum of 1 year of Mother/Baby hospital experience

Pay

Salary range: $37.15 - $57.58 per hour, experience-based
