About the role

A Mother Baby Registered Nurse ensures high-quality, efficient care for mothers and newborns, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate nursing care based on clinical standards
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives
• Support quality nursing practices

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Current Colorado RN licensure
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Experience in women’s health or mother-baby units is preferred
