Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Trauma, Night Shift

Role Overview Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups in a Med Surg 3: Gen Surg-Trauma unit. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within organizational policies, ensuring standards of practice, and coordinating care activities of staff members to deliver high-quality nursing services. Key Responsibilities Utilize nursing processes to deliver patient-centered care from birth through the lifecycle.Maintain professional growth, accountability, and adherence to organizational policies.Coordinate and oversee patient care activities among team members.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible.Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.BLS certification required.Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, hospital nursing experience, and advanced specialty certification.For PRN roles: One year of hospital nursing experience preferred. Additional Information: Night shift (7pm-7am), part-time position with sign-on bonus and specialty differential pay.
