About the role

Join a dynamic surgical and trauma unit as a registered nurse, providing comprehensive patient care for a diverse population including surgical, trauma, and medical patients.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care across the lifecycle using nursing processes.
• Maintaining standards of practice and ensuring quality care through coordination with the care team.
• Adapting patient ratios based on volume and acuity to ensure optimal care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates are eligible.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license and BLS certification.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; hospital experience and advanced certifications in specialty areas are advantageous.
