Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based nursing care to trauma and bariatric patients.
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and deliver wound care.
- Monitor complex patient conditions and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
- Educate patients and families to support safe transitions of care.
