- Unit: 32-bed unit with adult/older adult population
- Patient Ratio: 1:5
- EMR: EPIC required
- No RTO (Request Time Off)
Requirements
- Must have documented Med/Surg and Telemetry experience
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Trauma patient experience
- Experience with Heparin drips and all acute medications as ordered
Preferred Qualifications
- Skilled Nursing/Rehab experience
- Prior NICHE training
