About the role
Provides direct patient care in a MedSurg or Telemetry unit.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes.
- Document patient care activities accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- Advanced Tele experience required.
- Up to 2 years of acute care experience in a similar setting.
- Current NH or Compact RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, and NURSYS Report licenses.
- Cerner experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Cardizem and Insulin Drips.
- Experience with Phenobarbital on Tele.
Qualifications
- Must have a recent (specialty) Charge/Manager RN reference.
- RTO must be included at time of submission.
Skills
- Active NH or Compact RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, and NURSYS Report licenses.
- Cerner experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Cardizem and Insulin Drips.
- Experience with Phenobarbital on Tele.
