Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry

About the role

Responsible for providing patient care in Med Surg and Telemetry units. Must have up to 2 years of experience in the specialty and document travel experience. Must have current certifications: BLS, NHISS, and ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission.
• RTO must be included at time of submission.
• Must have NHISS certification prior to start.
• Preferred Cerner experience.
• Will need to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam with a score of 80% during onboarding.
• Minimum 1-2 years of Med Surg experience.
• Fluent with Med Surg ratios and acuity.

• Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics.
• Licenses verified with all active RN licenses.
