Role Overview: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsibilities: They ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards of practice, coordinate patient care activities, and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's degree preferred).No experience required; new graduates eligible. Prior hospital experience and PRN positions with 1 year of hospital experience preferred.Current Georgia RN license or multistate license (NLC/eNCL) required.BCLS certification required.Additional advanced certifications in specialty areas are a plus.
