Registered Nurse - MedSurg, Pulmonary, GI, PRN, Night Shift

About the role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. He/she operates within organizational policies, maintaining standards of practice and coordinating patient care activities among assigned staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
• New graduates are eligible
• Hospital experience is preferred, with at least 1 year for PRN roles
• Current Georgia Registered Nurse licensure or multistate license (NLC/eNLC)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Additional advanced certifications in specialty areas may be applicable
