About the role
The Staff Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Key responsibilities include maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities, and ensuring quality nursing services within organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- No experience required; new graduates are eligible
- Hospital setting experience preferred, with at least 1 year for PRN roles
- Current Georgia RN license and/or NLC/eNLC multistate license required
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required
- Additional advanced certifications in specialty areas are a plus
