Qualifications
Education
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Work Experience
- New graduates eligible
- Hospital experience preferred
- At least 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN roles
Licenses & Certifications
- Valid Georgia RN license or multistate license
- BCLS certification
- Additional specialty certifications if applicable
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs
- Develop and implement care plans
- Coordinate care activities
- Ensure adherence to standards of practice to promote patient safety and quality outcomes
