Registered Nurse - MedSurg - Full-Time - Night Shift

Role Overview: The position involves providing high-quality, personalized nursing care within a dynamic, multi-campus healthcare team. As a Med Surg RN, you will lead the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring evidence-based outcomes and building meaningful patient relationships. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based, personalized care while assessing and evaluating patient needs.Foster a respectful, collaborative environment promoting teamwork and staff engagement.Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives.Lead in applying evidence-based practices, contributing to patient safety and quality improvements.Plan care proactively, develop protocols, and optimize resource utilization to enhance patient experiences. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required), BSN preferred.RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications (required); national specialty certification (preferred).Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience, with proficiency in computer data entry.Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred).Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and technology skills.Ability to remain calm under pressure, with strong critical thinking and time management skills.
