Registered Nurse - Medical Unit - Days

Position: RN - 4E General Medical Unit Location: Arlington Heights, IL Hours: Full Time, 36 hours/week, 7:00am - 7:30pm, every other weekend Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.Communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.Individualize patient and family education based on thorough assessments to meet specific needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications And Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current nursing licensure in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
