Registered Nurse - Medical Telemetry - Day Shift

About the Role

Provide care to patients with diverse diagnoses across all age groups in a Medical Telemetry Unit, delivering evidence-based, best-practice care in a fast-paced, mixed-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients in a dynamic setting.
• Manage critical and emergent patient situations with clinical expertise.
• Participate in clinical growth and professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patients, implement individualized care plans.

Requirements

• Active Delaware RN license or a compact license.
• 1–2 years of hospital Med-Surg experience.
• BSN preferred or commitment to obtain within 3 years.
• ACLS certification encouraged.
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
