Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Medical Telemetry - Full-Time Day Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Medical Telemetry Responsibilities include: providing individualized, high-quality, safe patient care within an interdisciplinary team, utilizing evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation). The RN partners with patients and families, ensuring culturally competent, relationship-based care, and promotes patient goals. They coordinate care through effective communication, documentation, and collaboration, supporting performance improvement initiatives and research activities. The role involves serving as a preceptor or mentor, advocating for evidence-based practice, and adhering to legal and organizational standards, including safety and quality protocols. The RN proactively plans patient care across the continuum, develops protocols, and optimizes resource use, all while maintaining professionalism and system compliance. Qualifications Minimum 5 years RN experience, with direct patient care preferredAssociates or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferredValid RN license (single state or multi-state compact)Current BLS certification Skills: strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; ability to operate in fast-paced environments, respond decisively to emergencies, and utilize technology effectively.
