About the Role
Saint Luke's North Hospital is seeking a talented Registered Nurse (RN) to join the dynamic Medical Telemetry Unit. This full-time, night-shift position offers a supportive leadership team, assistance from Nursing Assistants, collaboration with Intensivists and Nurse Practitioners, and access to Respiratory Therapy during night shifts. Additional incentives are available for picking up extra shifts.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care.
- Delegate patient care tasks and supervise other patient care staff.
- Coordinate the plan of care for assigned patients and consult with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in clinical nursing and adhere to policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (via National Council of State Boards of Nursing - NURSYS).
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
