Role Overview

This position involves delivering high-quality, holistic nursing care in a Med Surg setting, serving as a key team coordinator to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication among healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing services aligned with clinical standards and protocols.
• Drive Care Planning: Develop, implement, and adapt personalized patient care plans based on evolving needs.
• Cookordinate the Team: Act as the main communication link among physicians, specialists, and staff to ensure unified patient care.
• Pactice Vigilant Monitoring: Observe, document, and communicate patient condition changes promptly.
• Sure Continuity: Manage orders and discharge processes to support smooth transitions of care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Oklahoma Registered Nurse licensure and BLS certification within one month of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.
