Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with complex medical and cardiac conditions.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and interpret telemetry rhythms.
• Administer medications and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and engagement in care.
• Support safe transitions of care and precept newer staff members.
