The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care, ensuring positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and conditions to provide appropriate care.
- Develop individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.
- Administer medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconcile medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for effective care planning.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
- At least 1 year of RN experience, with preferred specialization in a clinical area recognized by nursing organizations.
- Active RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
