Role Overview: The Registered Nurse in Medical Surgical Telemetry provides safe, effective, and compassionate patient care, utilizing the nursing process to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Key Responsibilities Independently deliver patient care on a designated unit.Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in interdisciplinary care.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences. Qualifications & Skills Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.Graduation from an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers required.Prior nursing or CNA experience preferred, especially for new graduates.
