Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to a specific patient population
• Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Supervise and direct unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Contribute to safety and quality patient experience

Qualifications & Skills

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new graduates preferred

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80, based on experience and expertise

Schedule

Full Time, Night shift (7pm-7:30am) with Rotating Weekends
