Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Telemetry - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical Telemetry Responsibilities: Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care independently for a specific patient unit. Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient outcomes. Contribute to safety, quality care, and positive patient experiences. Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN license; graduation from an NLN-accredited nursing program (BSN preferred); BLS/CPR certification; prior nursing or CNA experience preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills are essential. Additional Information: Compensation ranges from $37.25 to $57.74 per hour based on experience. The position involves night shifts with rotating weekends.
