Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Telemetry - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for patients on a designated unit
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experiences
• Deliver direct patient care, coordinate with team members, supervise support staff, and ensure safety and quality standards are met

Qualifications & Skills

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new graduates preferred
